Dunroy HOA Dues

All homes and properties belong to the Master Homeowners Association and pay annual dues presently at $550 per year.

Custom homes on acre lots pay only this $550 fee and are responsible for maintaining their own property.

All other Manor Homes pay additional dues depending on their location, which covers property maintenance (grass mowing, trimming, and fertilization). These additional fees per year are as follows:

• Meadow Manor Homes: $1300 (also includes in-ground sprinkler system)
• Forest Manor Homes: $1150 (also includes yearly mulching)
• Mountain Manor Homes: $750
